My dog, Remington, a medical alert service dog, may have something in his throat. He's not choking, still breathing and drinking, but occasionally gags and juts his head and neck forward. He's not panicking or drooling, and he seems to be breathing okay. What could be causing this and what can I do at home?

My 10-month-old golden doodle has been limping for 24 hours, with increasing swelling in his front right leg above his paw. He has trouble putting weight on it and is licking the area. He was running with a slight limp yesterday but today the limp is more pronounced. What could it be, and do we need to go to the vet urgently?

Our dog, Alora, has been vomiting for the past 48 hours. Despite receiving shots for nausea, de-acidification, and to resume regular GI activity from a vet earlier today, she has continued to vomit, including bile. We are unsure if it's safe to wait until morning to see a vet or if we should seek emergency vet care immediately. What should we do?

My 13-week-old 10 lbs puppy is swallowing strangely every couple of minutes, restless and whining. She was chewing on an older dog's bone and a bulky stick earlier. She hasn't vomited and ate some pumpkin and drank water. Should I watch her until tomorrow or take her for an X-ray?
