My 4-year-old pitbull, Gucci, has been vomiting for about a week and a half. She recently started throwing up her poop instead of letting it out from the other end. She stopped throwing up for a day or two after a vet visit where she was given nausea and anti-seizure meds, but now the vomiting has resumed. She is lethargic, not eating on her own, and only drinking water. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Stana, has stitches in two of her legs. I kept bandages on them overnight to prevent her from messing with them, but now both of her paws are swollen. I think it's due to the bandages. She does not have a fever. What should I do to manage her condition at home, and what signs should I watch for to determine if she needs further veterinary care?
