My 10-year-old yellow lab, Beaux, has lip fold pyoderma on both sides of his bottom lip. This started after he used antibiotic eye drops for an eye abrasion. I would prefer not to use systemic antibiotics and steroids as the first line of treatment. What can I do topically to help manage this condition?
