My dog, Rocky, a 6-year-old German Shepherd, was constantly licking the right side of his nose and mouth, as if something was stuck. I checked his mouth but didn't see anything. I'm worried it might be a crane worm in his nose. This started within the last 20-30 minutes. What could be causing this and what should I do?

It sounds like Rocky might have had something stuck in his mouth or cheek pouch, causing discomfort....
