My dog, Rocky, a 7-year-old chocolate lab, has stopped eating for a week. He was very active but suddenly got sick, showing signs of vomiting and diarrhea for the first two days. We took him for an x-ray to check for a stomach blockage, which was clear, and he was given a rehydration shot. He seems more alert now, has stopped vomiting, but still won't eat. What could be wrong and what should we do?
