My dog rolled in the sand at the beach and got a lot of sand in his eyes, especially the left eye. I've tried rinsing his eyes with water and using eye gel drops, but his eye is getting more red and he's still squinting. What else can I do at home to help him, and is it necessary to go to an emergency vet?

My dog tore her dew claw yesterday and the nail came off, leaving a raw area. I applied bacitracin, wrapped it with a gauze pad, and want to know if I did the right thing. Additionally, can I give her tramadol hydrochloride for pain relief? Also, my other dog has a similar issue with her dew claw, and I need advice on how to handle it.
