I have a 2-year-old French bulldog that had back surgery for IVDD in the L4-L7 area on October 29th. After 22 physical therapy appointments, the back right leg has not improved as hoped. I am considering an epidural with hypertonic saline to flush out the epidural space to help with scarring and adhesions, which I believe are causing issues with the back right leg's responsiveness. What are your thoughts on this approach and the prognosis for my dog's recovery?

My dog vomited earlier tonight and now he is moping around, occasionally going to lay down with his rear end in the air, showing signs of stomach discomfort. His appetite is okay, and he responds normally but is more cuddly. Is this a serious issue, and can it wait until tomorrow for a vet visit?

Both my dogs got bit by a dugite on the 19th Feb. The smaller shitsu cross died shortly after, but the heeler did not show any major symptoms until the next evening. We took her to the vets, and she was given antivenom and fluids, and her enzyme levels dropped. She was discharged the next day. She does not seem to be progressing well; she is lethargic and having trouble with very wobbly back legs. She is 8 years old and 29kg. What else can I do to help? She is on antibiotics also as the vet thought there were signs of infection. Would appreciate your help. I have heard Vit C is good; can I get a powder or only injection?
