My dog Roxy, who is 13 years old and a type 1 diabetic, has been experiencing ear discomfort, head tilting, and balance issues. Her eyes stay focused straight ahead, and she is currently taking one needle of insulin a day. She last saw a vet three weeks ago. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do in the meantime until she can see a vet again?

I need antibiotic for my 2-year-old pit bull, Alice, who weighs 68 lbs. She has had an ear infection for about 10 days. I took her to the vet, but they wouldn't prescribe anything without scheduling another appointment, which is two weeks out. What can I do in the meantime to help her?

My dog, Hennessy, had a c-section last night and has vomited 4-5 times, with the last two episodes containing blood while nursing. Is this normal, and is nursing hurting her? Additionally, what temperature should I keep the puppies in an incubator, and are small blood clots in her urine or stool normal?

My 12-pound Morkie, Maggie, ate 1 or 2 used 2mg Zyn pouches about 10-15 minutes ago. She has not vomited and is currently sleeping. She is 3.5 years old and in good health, except for having Lyme disease. What should I do?
