We have a 3-year-old dog that appears to be having seizures, is unable to get up, and is breathing hard. She has puppies. What could be causing this and what should we do?

My dog accidentally ate one of my antidepressant pills, Effexor 150mg. Will he be ok? The dog weighs 60 lbs, is 13 years old, and has CHF. He is on medication for CHF, including Furosemide 20mg, Pimobendan 5mg, and a baby ASA a day. The pill was eaten about 15 minutes ago, and there has been no vomiting.
