My Sheltie, Petey, is staying in his kennel. He has been trying to poop many times yesterday but hasn't been able to pass a normal poop. He threw up last night and hasn't responded to an invitation to breakfast or go outside this morning. He could have eaten something unusual, but I didn't see him eat anything. What should I do?

My 9-year-old Bichon, Remy, ate a 2oz hot chocolate bomb. Do I need to give him peroxide? He seems okay so far, weighs 27-31 lbs, and it happened about 2 hours ago. He hasn't vomited yet.
