My older dog, Toshi, has thrown up his food four times a few hours after his last meal. He is moving slowly, having trouble staying lying down, and seems to be in discomfort. He was recently on gabapentin and galliprant for an infection but had fully recovered. He is on a prescription k/d diet and takes blood pressure medication. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Zia, age 13, has been vomiting several times this evening and is now dry heaving. The vomit was more foamy and wet, and there was food in it. We're not sure if she ate anything unusual. What can we do to help her?
