My dog, Rue, a 5-month-old puppy, has been experiencing bloating, dry heaving, and occasional vomiting, with the latest episode being this morning. The vomit contained his food, and he had eaten a small piece of pizza recently. His tummy was very bloated last night but seems normal now. I'm concerned about possible worms or other issues. I have a 7-week-old Frenchie who is suddenly very lethargic. He has been playing and eating fine all day, but now he doesn’t want to move or do anything, almost like he is passed out. He has been having both runny and solid stools since we got him a week ago. I tried to wake him up, and he just sat there and went poop without even waking up. Could he have eaten something unusual in our backyard, where he has been before?
