Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has CHF, which is responsive to Taurine, and Chiari Malformation. She is on multiple medications, including Pimobenden, Lasix, Enalapril, Taurine, Methocarbamol, Tramadol, Prilosec, and Zanax. Her Chiari Malformation seems to be helped by increasing her Lasix dosage, but her persistent cough has worsened, and a recent chest X-ray showed tracheal narrowing without water retention. The Vet prescribed Tussigon, but it hasn't helped her cough. Should Tussigon help, or is there something else we can do to alleviate her cough?

We have 3 golden retriever puppies from the same litter, aged 6 months, who have been scratching and itching all over since they were 7 weeks old. Now, they are all losing hair on both ears. They were checked for mites and do not have them. They are scratching all day long, and we have tried medicated and oatmeal shampoos. What could be causing this issue, and what else can we do to help them?
