My 2.5-year-old Mastiff vomited twice, collapsed, and lost bowel control. Eight hours later, he still seems unwell. What could be the cause and what should I do?

My dog had a large clotting bloody analysis leakage about 2 weeks ago. After $700 of vet tests and IV fluids, no clinical cause was found. Today, he pooped 3 regular, yet soft stools and then passed several clear jelly-like movements with what looked like 'snot loogies' in them. He keeps looking at his butt as if something is scaring him and is trying to run away from his butt. What could this be?

I have a female 4-month-old pit cross that we adopted from a rescue. She has developed a rash that started under her neck and belly, now it's covering her legs. The rash has bumps almost looking like warts. Is the rash very itchy for her? Do the lumps have white tops like pimples? Or do they just look flesh-colored? When did you last treat for fleas? What did you use? Has she had any diet change in the 4-6 weeks before this started? Can you take a photo of her skin for me?
