My dog's stomach has been making gurgling noises for a couple of days. She began throwing up last night and won't eat today. She just drank water and threw that up as well. She also seems more tired than usual and is not in any pain. Her name is Koda and she is 5 years old. She has a skin issue and was on triamcinolone ointment but hasn't had to apply it in a week. She hasn't passed any stool today but did urinate, which seemed normal. Is there anything else I should know or do?

I have a 9-month-old Golden Doodle named Rocco. After getting shots on Friday, he vomited twice on the drive home and has been excessively drooling since Saturday.
