My almost 2-month-old puppy is foaming at the mouth and doesn't have his shots yet. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a 1 year and 10 months old male pug named Chandler who has been experiencing symptoms including not eating or drinking normally, continuous vomiting, eye and nose discharge, and an ear infection. He was treated at an ER vet with SQ fluids, an anti-nausea injection, and a gastroprotectant injection. The vet attributed his symptoms to stress, but I am concerned and would like to know if there are any additional steps or over-the-counter medications I should consider.

Our 5.5-year-old Weimy just peed in her kennel after holding it for 8 hours, which is unusual as she usually holds it for 7-8 hours. She had a UTI and crystals but has been on meds and is fine during the day. Is it normal for her to not be able to hold it that long, and should we be concerned?

I have an older boxer who, after getting vaccinations, is not eating, drinking a lot of water, and is swelling at the hips, stomach, and lower hind legs. He is lethargic and won't go outside. His blood work and urine test came back fine. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
