My dog, Shiloh, a 3-year-old beagle, is shaking, moving slowly, panting, and acting unusually. He started acting this way after being outside for a short time. What could be causing this behavior and what should I monitor for?

My 5-year-old Yorkie mix, Boo, started coughing Wednesday night after a reverse sneeze episode. The cough is honking, followed by gagging and throwing up phlegm. The vomit is foamy, and he had chicken for dinner. He weighs 12 lbs, had his bordatella shot in November, and hasn't been in contact with other dogs recently. Could this be related to allergies, especially since we cut the grass for the first time on Monday night?
