My dog, Skeeter, was diagnosed with possible vestibular disease and was given several medications including Prednisone, Clavamox, Meclizine, Denamarin, and Trazodone for anxiety. Since starting the Trazodone, he has been panting non-stop and had another episode. Could the new medication be counteracting with his previously prescribed medicines?

My 11-year-old dog, Bell, who takes gabapentin twice a day for arthritis and proviable once a day, is panting due to possible discomfort. She is not coughing, vomiting, or having diarrhea, and her eating and drinking habits are normal. She seems to be calming down now. I have some 50mg tramadol from a while ago. Would it be okay to give her even if she had her gabapentin 5 hours ago? Or should I give her another gabapentin instead? If she has further trouble tonight, would it be okay to give her another dose of gabapentin? The directions say every 8-12 hours.
