My dog, Smokey, a 7 1/2-year-old 32-pound dog, has been experiencing upset stomach, shivering, and panting. He started throwing up yesterday afternoon and has been acting under the weather since. He has not had a cough, diarrhea, or lethargy, but he has been gagging occasionally. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My 13 1/2-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Ruby, is experiencing whining, distressed barking, weakness in her back legs, staggered walking, falling, needing help to get her hind legs up, and increasing symptoms including bowel incontinence. She is currently on Carprofen. Should I split the Carprofen into two doses twice a day instead of one, and add Gabapentin? Also, how do I know when it's time for her to be put to sleep?

My dog, Ruby, a 3-4 year old weighing 17 pounds, might have eaten a 200 mg Seroquel tablet about five minutes ago. She is currently hiding under the bed and won't come out. I don't have hydrogen peroxide at home to induce vomiting. Is this potentially lethal, and what should I do?

My pet sitter found two medication bottles chewed up, containing 60 Rimadyl tablets and around 30 Zyrtec tablets. We don't know which dog ate what. The dogs are Callie, who is 11 years old and weighs 32 pounds, and Harry, who is 2 years old and weighs 22 pounds. They haven't shown any signs of vomiting. What should we do?
