My 1-year-old dog, Cocoa, has been having diarrhea for the past 2 days. I have a 2-month-old female beagle puppy named Phoebe who has thrown up once and is having difficulty breathing. The vomit was liquidy with food. My 8 lb year-old puppy potentially ate a piece of a chocolate-covered raisin. I got most of it out of her mouth, but it's been almost an hour. I know raisins are toxic to dogs, and it's 10 PM with no way to get her to the vet. Should I induce vomiting, and if so, how should I do it? What are the risks and follow-up care needed?

Both of my dogs have red eyes with discharge, and my female dog has a pitch-black spot in one of her eyes. One dog's eye is swollen and appears to be squinting, while the other's eye looks fine except for the black spot, which reduces with saline water wash. What could be causing these issues, and what should I do?
