My dog, Spectre, a 4-year-old German Shepherd, woke me up in the middle of the night needing to go outside. He was running back and forth in the yard, squatting to try to poop but nothing was coming out. He seems a bit restless but is wagging his tail and not showing signs of pain. He hasn't vomited today but did vomit yellow stomach bile about two weeks ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
