Why does my dog, Ally, keep shaking her head? She is 6.5 years old and started shaking after going out and getting into bed. We tried apple cider vinegar and filtered water but didn't see results.

I have a 2 1/2 year old English Bulldog who has been experiencing severe allergic reactions, including red and swollen face, bright red ears, and increased licking of paws. I have been giving him Benadryl regularly, but it doesn't seem to be working effectively anymore. He recently started new vitamins, Cosequin for joints, and was introduced to cooked carrots. I suspect these new additions might be causing the allergies. What should I do to manage his allergies and determine the cause?
