My dog Stella has a horrible discharge from her left eye, a tumor on her eyelid, and has been panting excessively during short walks, especially in cooler weather. Her recent lab work showed normal results, but her Levothyroxine dosage was increased. What could be causing these symptoms and should I take her to a veterinary ophthalmologist or for further testing?
