My dog suddenly started shaking, losing balance, and is now laying down breathing lightly with eyes closed. He ate normally this morning and had normal stools. I've been with him all day and haven't seen him eat anything unusual, but he might have. His stomach is also bloated. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 10-month-old dog, Oakley, started having diarrhea and vomiting yellow-colored vomit along with some dog food since this morning around 10. She was on antibiotics a month ago for a fever. I recently switched her dog food about two weeks ago. Could she have eaten anything unusual, and what can be done to help her?
