My Labrador had an inflamed nipple removed last week, and the biopsy came back as Mast Cell, grade 2 with clean margins. I understand there is an additional test to determine if the cancer is slow or aggressive. Should I get the 2nd test results back before seeing an Oncologist, or should I see the Oncologist first and then order the 2nd test? Also, how quickly do I need to do this?

He has been treated with antibiotics, flea drops, anti-itch shampoo, and a dip solution. My concerns include his high body temperature, the black spots, and a black, dirt-like substance under his legs and tummy that won't wash off.
