I am hand-rearing a 12-day-old puppy, feeding it Wombaroo dog milk as per the formula. The puppy has been constipated for 24 hours, is fed about 12ml every 3 hours, and seems to be in pain as it makes noise intermittently. The puppy passes urine normally when massaged. The last bowel movement was about 24 hours ago, and the puppy was dosed with 1/3 ml of Scourban at the vet's directive for loose bowel movements, twice daily for two doses in 24 hours, with the last dose at 10:30 PM yesterday. What should I do to help the puppy with constipation?

My 1-year-old dog, JP, received his annual rabies shot, heartworm medicine, and deworming oral medication yesterday. Almost 36 hours later, he is vomiting. He had eaten an hour earlier, and the vomit was somewhere between liquid and foamy, with a lot of food left over. He has been lethargic since the shots but still playful and alert.
