My dog, Shelby, has been throwing up, initially with food and now with white phlegm, not frequently but spread out. She's still able to pee, hasn't had diarrhea for a while, and her stool has been soft. She's 5 1/2 years old and takes medication. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My beagle, Pixie, has been experiencing diarrhea. We're unsure if it's due to her possibly eating a pomegranate from the tree or some cypress tree. Pixie is about 30lbs and a year old. She has had brown liquid with grass, which we're not sure if it's vomit or diarrhea. She is still active and roaming around. Should we be concerned about the pomegranate or cypress tree ingestion?
