My dog, Theo, a 4-year-old mostly poodle with a little Australian Shepherd, has had blood in his stool for a week. He vomited once today, has no appetite but normal thirst, and lower energy. My dog, Sky, aged 8, has recently had blood in her urine and is licking herself more than usual. She seems fine otherwise, maybe a little tired but not significantly. There hasn't been an unusual smell, and I just noticed the blood now. What should I do?

We have 4 outdoor dogs with a severe flea problem. We've been using Frontline, which works well for ticks but not for fleas. The fleas are concentrated on the rear of each dog. We live on 22 acres in the country. What can we do to effectively treat the flea infestation?
