Is there a device (whistle, electronic, etc) that a dog owner can use to deter bad dog behavior? I have a 9-month old Doberman (70 lbs), who doesn't sit, jumps up on me, doesn't respond to 'no', chews everything, tips his food & water bowls over when he can't have his way, pulls on his leash making it impossible for me to walk him, and is destructive in the backyard. What can I do to address these issues?
