My dog, Willow, a 4-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix, has suddenly stopped eating, is extremely lethargic, and can barely get up unless forced. She drinks water but is weak and disoriented when she walks. She ate chicken but vomited it. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 7-week-old golden retriever puppy, Buster, swallowed a 2x2 inch piece of vinyl glove. He weighs 11-12 lbs and has not vomited since. Additionally, the breeder dewormed him last week, and I noticed dead worms in his stool for two days. Should I give him another deworming dose, and is it normal to see a living worm in his stool after the deworming? Also, should I be concerned about the scratches and bites from Buster during play?
