He seems normal in terms of thirst and energy, but he was whining in his kennel last night, which is unusual for him. He weighs 18 lbs, threw up very little today, had a little diarrhea twice this morning, and has been eating okay but also had liquid leaking from his rectal area. He's not lethargic but seems a little off compared to normal. I'm concerned about whether he could have a bone splinter in his intestines or something. What should I do?
