My dog was choking on a bone, but it cleared, but now his swallowing is weird like something is stuck. He drank water and some coconut oil. Should I rush him to the hospital? He seems to have a hiccup-like swallowing issue.

My 15-year-old dog has recently started wetting in the house. She has always been good about this before. She does this while awake but has a hard time holding herself upright to finish. My dog has been experiencing on/off tummy pains for almost 2 years, mainly at night. He isn't sick or having diarrhea but is in discomfort and sometimes has flatulence. The vets have done a fecal sample, tried steroids, anti-inflammatory drugs, and tramadol, but nothing helps. I've also tried a high-fiber diet, charcoal, and kalmaid, and today I've removed carbohydrates. Can anyone help?
