My puppy, Sloane, chewed a small daffodil about an hour ago. She weighs about 16 pounds and hasn't thrown up since. What should I do?

We have a 10-month-old goldendoodle puppy who suddenly started limping on one paw, then stopped walking altogether, acting as if both front paws were injured. He is lethargic, won't go to the bathroom, and is generally depressed. He recently ate baby succulents and played at the dog park after a long winter break. We live in an area prone to deer ticks, and he is on preventative meds for ticks. Could this be Lyme disease or something else?

My puppy ate a piece of soft plastic from his bowl side, about 4/5cm x 1cm, and has vomited several times with plastic in the vomit. He is a 15-week-old Border Collie weighing 11kg. What should I do now, and do I need to take him to a vet emergency?
