My dog, Wiggaley, is not eating, drinking less water, and has heavy breathing. She is 10 years old and weighs 65 pounds. She has lower energy levels than normal and seems restless or uncomfortable. What should I do?

My 5-month-old Boston Terrier, Tugboat, has been throwing up since 10 am. He can't keep any food down, and when he drinks water, he throws it back up. He has had a little diarrhea this morning but nothing since. The vomit was initially with food but now it's white and foamy. He was around a puppy that recently had tapeworms but was cured. What should I do?
