My dog might have ingested nicotine. The dog is either 15 or about 60, and 6mg of nicotine were possibly ingested. The dog's name is Baloo, around a year old, and the other is a puppy. How should I handle this situation?

Our dog, Samson, a five-year-old weighing 80 lbs, ingested about 15 milk chocolate chips two days ago and now has loose diarrhea and vomiting. The vomit is foamy and there is no food in it.
