My 6-month-old, 75 lb Cane Corso puppy, Rameses, ate a 50 mg tramadol and a 600 mg gabapentin tablet intended for our elderly Cane Corso. It has been about 20 minutes since he ingested the pills. What should I do and are there any potential adverse effects?

I have a new 3-month-old puppy named Rufo who is having a hard time eating after switching his food from soft to solid. He has had diarrhea for a couple of days and hasn't eaten much in the last two days. His energy level is about the same, still pretty active, but he is a bit less active due to nearby fireworks. He doesn't seem to be in any pain. What could be causing his loss of appetite and diarrhea, and what should I do?
