My dog woke up with an alarming wound under her ear that’s oozing pus. There was no noticeable issue last night, but her bed has spots where the pus oozed onto it. She’s not bleeding, there’s no apparent swelling, and she’s not in severe pain. I’m concerned it could be a bite from a poisonous spider we’ve seen in the yard recently. What could be causing this wound and what should I do?
