My 6-month-old Yorkie, Bella, is lethargic and not eating. She had a little vomiting yesterday but no diarrhea. She took a small drink of water today and feels warm when picked up, but her nose is cool and wet. I recently changed her diet from Iams mini chunks to small breed food, and she ate a couple of pieces yesterday but didn't seem interested. What should I do?

My dog, Pepino, born on 4/15/2021, has been vomiting, had water stools which have now stopped, and is still energetic. He sometimes eats his own poop. His appetite is good, drinks water normally but vomits it up, and has soft stools. He has lost some weight recently. What could be causing this and what can I do to help him?
