My 11-month-old pitbull, Luna, punctured a battery from a remote control 5 hours ago and threw up black stuff, but is acting normal. What should I do?

I have a 10-pound, 17-year-old Dachshund named Gretal who is vomiting and having diarrhea. She is still walking, wagging her tail, and has moist eyes and mouth. She ate cooked white rice with chicken broth last night but only nibbled today. She had flu shots in November 2021, is spayed, and has no known allergies or current medications. She vomited three times, has no labored breathing, and her tummy is not enlarged. There is no blood in her vomit, stool, or urine. What should I do?

I have an almost 8-year-old male neutered Labrador retriever named Riley. He has OCD arthritis in his back hocks and is on supplements. The vet prescribes Rimadyl and Gabapentin when needed. Recent blood work came back great, but he is beginning to show weakness in his spine and has swelling in the joint of his front paw/toe, which doesn't seem to bother him. Could this swelling also be arthritis? Should I wait for the scheduled X-rays in a month, or is there anything else I should be concerned about?

My dog, Dixie, a 30-pound, almost 3-year-old, ate a No Cow chocolate chip cookie dough bar, a Detour caramel protein bar, and half of a protein cookie about an hour and a half ago. I'm concerned if she will be okay, especially since the Detour bar was coated in chocolate. Should I be worried, or is it safe to monitor her at home?
