He is acting normal otherwise. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do to help him?

My dog ate some chocolate. She weighs about 9.5 lbs. She just ate it in the last 1/2 hour. It was melted semi-sweet chocolate chips, maybe a teaspoon. She hasn't thrown up since this happened. Her name is Tallie, and she is about 5 years old. Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?
