My dog, Leo, a one-year-old Pitbull, was neutered two weeks ago and has been acting normally until this morning when he showed some melancholy. Tonight, he seems disoriented for short periods and has had periodic muscle spasms all over. The swelling from the neuter has gone down in the last day or two. He isn't showing signs of pain or discomfort. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
