My dog, Yuki, a 10-pound, 7.5-year-old dog, ate about 3 tablespoons of chopped red onions, possibly 12 hours ago or less. I couldn't get hydrogen peroxide down him to induce vomiting. He didn't throw up since, and he ate a little cooked liver after the incident. Should I be concerned about onion toxicity, and how soon should he get blood work done?
