My dog, Zoey, started vomiting around 1:00 this morning. It started with food but quickly turned to bile. She vomited about 6-8 times through the night and has vomited 3 more times today, with partially digested food. She has been taking a dog aspirin for pain from a bulging disc. What could be causing this and what should I do?
