My English Bulldog, who is about 5 years old, started vomiting and having diarrhea three weeks after he ingested something unknown during a walk. Since then, he has lost a significant amount of weight, has no appetite, and drinks a lot of water. I have tried mixing wet and hard food, giving him multivitamins and weight gain supplements, but he still doesn't eat much. What could be causing this and what should I do next?

My dog accidentally got a double dose of Amantadine tonight at 6:30. My husband didn't think I gave it to her, but I did at 4:00. Each tablet is 100mg and she's supposed to have 1.5 tablets. She also had 1 capsule of Gabapentin at 300mg for two, and one Carprovet at 100mg. She also had her Adequan injection this evening as well. She weighs 103lbs, is an 11-year-old Great Dane, Mastiff, Lab mix, and saw her vet about 3 weeks ago. What should I do about the double dose of Amantadine?
