My female dog, Luna, has been excessively licking her private area and occasionally peeing randomly in the house, which she seems to feel guilty about. This behavior started about a week ago. She is spayed and has had a recent allergic reaction causing her eyes and snout to swell, which was treated with Benadryl. What could be causing this behavior, and what should I do?
