My French bulldog/beagle mix, Hammond, who is 5 years old, ran on a beach, ingested a couple of crab claws, and swam in cold water. He is now lethargic, his upper legs twitch while he tries to sleep, he hasn't drunk anything, and he won't wag his tail. He also seems sensitive around his butt area and prefers to lie on his bed. What could be causing this and what should I do?
