My French bulldog, Brody, has bleeding from two holes around his rectum at 5:00 and 7:00 positions. He has not been scooting, but he has been trying to bite his leg as if reaching for his butt. There is a slight smell, but not fishy. He has been pooping normally but in smaller portions. What could be causing this and what should I do?
