My French Bulldog, Dave, has stopped jumping up and doesn't seem to be in pain. He will let me examine him but just won't jump. This has been a concern for the past 12 hours. He is not on any medication and is 3 years old. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog had her last puppy at 7.45pm last night. She's still panting heavily, managed an hour or so of sleep with the babies, fed them all, and seems to be doing a good job mothering them, but is still panting a lot. Is this normal?

I have a chihuahua named Mikey, aged 10-12 years, who is in a lot of pain due to rotten teeth and can't get in to see a dentist until Tuesday. He is also having balance issues and didn't finish his dinner. He is on an antibiotic and weighs 6 lbs. Can I give him gabapentin for pain relief?
