What can I give my dog to stop him from throwing up? My dog, Baxter, a ***** ***** and Chihuahua mix, has been vomiting yellow liquid since early morning. He ate rice and boiled chicken but threw it up. He hasn't had any stool today, and his stool was soft yesterday. He is up to date with vaccines, not lethargic, but not as active and hasn't been drinking water. He keeps wanting to eat grass. He hasn't eaten bones, rawhides, or table scraps, but we live in a rural area with raccoons, possums, and squirrels.

Our 3-month-old German Shepherd, Rosie, may have ingested a tiny amount of Soft Scrub (without bleach). She is 24lbs and it would have been just a drop or so. I immediately gave her water and ice cubes. She seems normal, no strange behavior or vomiting, and even ate a little afterward. How concerned should I be and what should I do?
