My French bulldog has been feeling lethargic, not eating much, and throwing up for almost a week. She has skin allergies and is being treated for that. Recently, she broke out in what appears to be folliculitis on her belly and hind area, causing her to rub against the rug. Her energy has picked up today, and she is eating and drinking more water. Can I give her an antihistamine pill (25 mg) tonight to help her be comfortable until I can get her to the vet tomorrow afternoon?

Millie, a five-year-old Jack Russell, started yelping in pain on Friday. She has been to the vet daily since for pain relief and an MRI scan is being considered. Blood tests are clear. Could this be invertebral disc disease, and how can it be diagnosed?
